One Call Communications
Ripoff Billed for services neither requested nor received

One Call Communications billed me by name $298.95 for long distance phone call service that I neither requested nor recieved. When these long distant calls were made I was not even in the state where the phone calls were made and billed. One Call Communications submitted this invoice to me, by name, even though (1) One Call Communications had to be fully aware that I did not and could not have used their service, and (2) the local phone company had previously refused to submit a consumer billing and allow their $298.95 in charges for long distant services.
