Sprint has penalized me for changing my phone in my 4 year cell phone plan with them. This now does not allow me to recieve a rebate on a purchase I made in which I was lured into by their great rebate offer. I feel I am being penalized for upgrading from a phone I purchased from Sprint to a phone I purchased from Sprint.in fact this was done in order to utilize their special features which I pay for.
