I ordered a lamp that uses xlr connector, they sent me a diffrent model with BNC connector. Not the same-wont fit. I got an RMA and reordered, thinking it was my mistake in ordering. 3 weeks later i got the recieved the same item.
I then double checked my recoreds and i did order correctly. The service rep said they were out of stock on my item and sent this one instead. But its not what i ordered. He asked if i could sell it to someone where i live. Hell no!
So, I got an RMA but they will NOT pay for MY shipping cost. (the item was $13 shipping at UPS was $12 and no i got to do it again?) I asked for a supervisior and he said he was the super. I asked for the owner, CEO, etc, nope he would not transfer me to anyone. DO NOT do buisness with these guys.
