Ripoff item charged then a month later was told it was out of stock then was offered another kind of motherboard and still havnt recieved it half a month later Warrensville Hts ohio

I ordered a motherboard and a half month later long after i was charged for it i was told it was out of stock and that i was getting another model that had for the most part the same features i still havnt recieved it a month later i will be filing a lawsuit
