Purchased computer product from Compu-terra, they called and told me that the item was underpriced and wanted to charge me $20 more for it. I told them to cancel the order. They sent me confirmation that the order was cancelled but then I was billed anyway. Left several messages and emails, no response, finally I called and someone answered. They told me to call a different extension and then I get voicemail again.
Finally after a week of this, talked to someone, they tried to talk me into keeping the item. After I refused, they said there would be a 15% restocking fee. After I complained they said they would not charge me the fee. They then said they would email me the information so I could return the item. As of now, I have not receive any email.
It seems as if they are ignoring my calls so that I'll just give up and keep the item.
