Blatently falsifies the truth in several bogus statements Ripoff

Let's Hear The Whole Story is three paragraphs of lies.

Lie #1 "Daniel never contacted our company for a return authorization."
Truth: I most certainly did! I did contact an associate of the company and got a return authorization.

Lie #2 "We wouldn't allow a customer to provide his own postage for the return of a defective item. We would have provided a postage-paid envelope."
Truth: You did this time. I was never provided a postage-paid return envelope. I was forced to pay for my own postage.

Lie #3 "We always include a protective jewelcase."
Truth: Not this time! I don't even know exactly what a "jewelcase" is, but I do know I didn't get one. Perhaps this was an oversight, but Diana can't admit her company may have made a mistake. Heaven forbid!

Lie #4 "His discs were extremely abused with scratches which can ONLY come from hard use."
Truth: The scratches occurred from the pieces of the disc rubbing against each other during shipment. Yes, the discs arrived literally in pieces!
Truth: Hard use would indicate that I am in the karaoke profession. I am simply an enthusiast who uses each of my discs occasionally, recreationally.

Lie #5 "Daniel was simply wanting us to replace discs he obviously abused."
Truth: My character and ethics do not support this. I simply wanted a business to stand behind the quality of their products and treat customers like customers.

Lie #6 "I provided Daniel my name and phone number to contact me if he wanted to discuss this problem any further, but he choose to go to this consumer complaints instead."
Truth: Diana did not provide me with any contact information to reach her regarding this issue. I have a copy of the letter! She left me no choice but to seek help from an outside organization.

Additional note: Diana mentions that I failed to mention previous purchases of these same discs. I felt there was no reason to mention these completely separate instances. One particular disc, Legend Series 126 was purchased three times total. The first two times, these discs were damaged by me accidentally and I did not return them. I simply discarded them, ordered a replacement and paid for them. The third time, it arrived cracked in pieces and Diana's company failed to respond responsibly. Her loss. I will never, ever purchase a disc from this company again. I discourage others from ordering from KaraokeStar.com to avoid being the next victim.
