Ruse and abusive telephone staff.

Items advertised without prices of necessary accessories (batteries, chargers etc).

Follow-on call required to 'validate' internet order which is where prices of accessories are added.

Final price was higher than competitors.

Sales staff become abusive if you then cancel your order.
