I purchased a laptop from dell back in December. The power supply box lasted me until march. So my husband and I purchased another one. The power supply box that they sent me only lasted 7 months. So I got a hold of them and they replaced it no problem. So the last one that they sent me went out on me 7 months later.
They will not replace it. They said that it was not under warranty. But why was my other one and not this one. I will never buy a dell comptuer again. AND tech support does not know what they are doing. I'd rather own another gateway and they are horrible computers.
