Missing parts ripoff

I bid and won on a jvc lx10 that has a remote control and when i got it. I was missing all the parts. No remote, no wires or plugs to wire it up. No trim plate. Nothing just a deck. So i contacted them and there response was then send it back and we will charge you a 15 percent restocking fee and you will lose all shipping and handling charges, to and from. So my lose will be about 50 dollars.
