I purchased a Soyo mainboard which carried two manufacturers rebates. I had received one and have gone through hell to get the second one even acknowledged as one I am entitled to. Now that they have acknowledged I am supposed to receive one, they do not send it. I was told to contact Luis if I don't receive the rebate after 4 weeks from their re-receipt of materials.
Well I contacted him because of course I have not received my check, and it has gone unanswered, which is about usual for this company. Unfortunately they are so stupid that they don't apparently realize was that the offer that was placed traveled largely by word of mouth and I can identify off hand about 20 other people that are having the same problem. If anyone wants to organize a class action against them I would be all for it.
