The wife & I each had a sprint phone and had a few minor problems which were resolved, then we responded to an ad that allowed us to add two phones and share minutes with orginal phones. The sales person who started writing the deal up was near completion when he suddenly turned us over to another person and left for lunch. The new deal was quoted to cost either $109.00 or $124. After the 1st we recieved a bill for over $200 because of excess minutes.
We again recieved a bill for over $200 following month. Then the bills started exceeding $400 a month. I called and asked sprint what was going on and they reviewed my account and stated I had been setup on the wrong program and I would get a $400 adjustment on next bill. The following month my bill reflected nothing had been done ($800). Another call netted an apology and another promise to adjust bill & correct program setup. Still nothing done.
I collected all phones and locked them away & notified sprint I was finished. The bill has grown to about $2000 since and I refuse to pay it. I recieved a call from a super who quoted a settelment price of $780 which I agreed to if we could have until the following wk to do it. He agreed to call me on a tuesday but he never called, I made several calls wedsday asking for the man by name but could not contact him. I later went to a Sprint office and spoke to a manager, she was very rude and let some friends interupt our business and put her hand up as to tell me to hush, we walked out of that place and have not returned or called them since.
