I made the mistake of ordering a new phone on-line. At that time they recieved my credit card number, which I provided, they imeadiately deducted my bank account.
Then later on that day I was checking my Sprint account, and found out they also charged my sprint account the same amount of money they also deducted fron my bank account.
When I got home that evening I noticed our phones where turned off? I immediately called a sprint representive to find out why, they told me I was over my "spending limit" which was only $250.
My bill each month is never over $95, but with sprint "double deducting" this account of course it was over. The represenitve said she would "add an additional $250 so our phones could be turned back on, that didnt happen until the next day.
Acouple of weeks later I recieved my normal bill which was a whopping $375! Yeah, I bought the phone, but I paid for it, why was my phone bill charged?
I am still trying to find a representive to help me correct this, it's been 3 months!
