For those of you that were ripped off by Clockworks.com, the owner is James Stoudenmire. The Massachusetts Attorney General's office carried him to court and won a settlement back in 2002. As a part of the case, he was suppose to stop the fradulent acts of ripping people off on the internet. He ripped me off while the judge was still setting his penalty. Luckily, the Atttoney General's office got involved for me and Mr Stoudenmire mailed me a refund. Up to that point, he gave me a lot of promises with no results. He plays on the fact that the money is so low, most people will just let it go rather than fight it. I would strongly suggest that you contact the Massachusetts Attoney General's office and report it to them. It's not about the money. It's about getting this crook put away.
