The Attorney General's office contacted Dr. Jeffery Rempala about refunding my money for inferior dental work.
Dr. Rempala replied in a letter stating he is more than willing to refund my money.
The Attorney General's office can't get him to actually refund my money. Since they can't get him to pay me back they've decided no furter action is appropriate.
He told the Attorney General's office he would pay me back, he then refuses to pay me back & the Attorney General's office can't do anything about it???
What purpose is the Attorney General's offic serving if they have no power?
I say we kick them all out & close the office down. My taxes are better spent on something worthwhile.
