I am not sure what their problem is, however, they know how to work the system with lame excuses! A customer bought a product from me, it was dropshipped to their address through Megagoods. Megagoods has great shipping service, fast and reliable. However, the product was defective on arrival. They asked me to return the product, my customer had to pay for shipping. They recieved the product, and let no one know the status of the situation. Months had past and my customers were getting upset. No response, no emails, no answering for phone calls. I became hopeless.
They replied at last, and set me up with my account, however, they gave me around 60% of what the product was worth! I can't believe it. They also want you to pay for their mistakes! I am willing to take an open court case, no one should pay more than what they already did. Issues like that should never take months, waisting my time as well as others. I will definitly take this a step further, file a case with the district attorney in Los Angeles. Trust was given to them, they take advantage of you! Thank you.
