Horrible experience. They put in cheaper stuff than I agreed to buy, and I was charged for it! They put in used stuff that came out of a demo model and charged me over the manufacturer's retail price for brand new! I didn't find out until after I paid, and they refused to do anything! I asked for the boxes and they said they don't "hang on to those in this business." Shouldn't the stuff you put in my car have had the boxes!?
