MagicJack Excellent Customer Service

I recently used the live chat for a problem with not being able to receive incoming calls. The first employer I talked to, was not helpful at all and exited the chat before answering my question. The second employer it lakes to, whose name I believed was a Conard or Conrad, was very helpful. He helped me locate the problem and helped me get a new number.
