I recently switched from an iphone to a samsung galaxy s4 thinking it would be better. Boy was i wrong. The phone was malfunctioning the minute I turned it on, had issues with messaging, playstore and when I was transferring my contents from my old phone to my s4. Called up samsung twice, was given shit advice and received the worst customer service ever, absolutely disgusting.
Glad to be returning this piece of crap tomorrow.
