I've had many problems with the Best Buy in Coralville, Iowa. When I went to buy a new computer they sold me one as "new" but someone opened it and has used it and made me pay full price. Then they assume that I was in College so one of the workers gave me Office University 365 and I went home (Not knowing much about computers) and figured out you have to be in college to use it now I can't write my paper. Get better service. Really Disappointed.
