Ignorant and poor quality staff

This bad experience was happened at october 6 in westfield shopping mall bestbuy store;
Sunday noon i went to your chain store and said to your staff, i have h2o wireless sim and want to refill my 50 usd/month prepaid plan.
He gave me 2* 25 usd card and said i can refill it.
I carved the passwords via my coin, and tried to send this passwords.
Unfortunately, my phone did not refill.
Today i went to the wirelesswizard phone service and told my problem.
The honest service person said that i can not refill my phone by using 25 25usd pay as go cards.
And he refilled my phone by using 50 usd card.
Than i returned to westfield mall bestbuy store and I explained the problem to them. But unfortunately they did not help to solve my problem. They said they can not do anything, They said not to take any more this way.
Now i have 2*25 usd pay as go h2o cards which opened passwords.
I can send the photos of my cards and you can check them that passwords not used.
If not i will throw them in garbage and i will follow my rights via internet and judgement.
