So, this is my 4th month with the Go phone and I love no contract. I wait until prepaid funds are fully used before refilling, typically each month. Unfortunately, I call at 0500 to refill my account before going on the road and they're "unable to pull up my account to refill it at this time, can you call back". I said "no" but offer no explanation (prefer not to go on the road without being able to contact someone in case of difficulty). The non-helpful person says, "Well we can't refill it so you'll have to call back later". So, I just broke the connection. Thanks ATT, and good luck to all you T-mobile customers being brought into the fold, hope you don't suffocate!
