I have been trying to contact customer support at Coby Electronics for months, now the phone number will only direct me to their website and the customer support will not respond to any of my emails. I had a TV that had to be return because the parts were no longer available for repair. I was then told that the TV would be replaced but they did not have the model in stock, now I cannot even get a response. I not only paid for the TV, I paid for the repair shop to check it and then paid to have it shipped back. Any suggestions?
