Broken tablet

On April 11th I sent my Kyros tablet in to be fixed. After 4 weeks, I called to find out the progress of the repair. I was told it was not in the system and to wait 6 weeks. I called back on 5/31 and was told that it was not in the system and to check back at 8 weeks. I called on 6/7, same story. It is not in the system. I called again today, 6/25 to find out why no one knows of our tablet. I have been told be different people that they would investigate and get back to me. No one calls me back. I called the headquarters and was given a voice box, with no name, and left a message. She did not get back to me. I tried calling HQ today, but there is not any one answering calls and the voice mail is full. Very frustrated with the whole ordeal. Not sure which way to proceed.
