I purchased a LEDTV5028 on 02/13 and now I don't have a picture. I called Coby customer service and they told that Coby could send someone out to service my TV but I need to call Service to set up a claim. I proceeded to call Service and was told that I would have to send the television in to be repaired. I asked why they are not honoring what was said by customer service or what is written on the manual couldn't get an answer. They then told me that it would take two weeks for them to send out labels for me to send the television back to them. I called corporate an supposedly spoke with the customer service manager and didn't get any help. I warn people do not purchase any coby products it is garbage and once they have your money you get no customer service or satisfaction.
