Incompetent Customer Service, Nationwide

On July 14 I registered for T Mobile Support Using The Mobile Answer Company in the Florence, KY mall. I'd my Cincinnati Bell telephone number ported to T Mobile. On July 19, I delivered the telephones Towards The Mobile Answer and terminated my support and experienced Cincinnati Bell port my amount back again to them. Throughout the 5 times of support, I had been unable to entry T Mobile service from the area where I often visit.in reality, once I left the freeway, I dropped my sign.

I received my first Tmobile bill in July for $106.47 and prompty named Tmobile and talked to some feminine consultant called Erin. She assured me-she might stop my support along with a new statement could be delivered to me.in Sept I obtained another T Mobile bill within the quantity of $103.72. I named on September 28 and talked to some male T Mobile consultant called Religious in addition to a boss called Kim. They equally guaranteed me my support could be terminated along with a modified statement could be delivered.
