I wish to make a complaint about our dishwasher. We bought in on 30/10/09. On 9/9 the motor was replaced due to worn out bearings (by Northern Electrical Services) under warranty. On 25/1 I phoned LG as the dishwasher was making the same noises. I was told there was nothing that could be done until the electrician confirmed it. It was confirmed that day, but I was unable to get through on the phone. Left my number but no-one called back. When I phoned again, I was told there was nothing that could be done, as I had already had the dishwasher repaired. I am very disappointed that our dishwasher is now on its third pump in just over three years. I am also very disappointed that LG is not interested in backing their product, there is obviously a fault with the dishwasher. I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of replacing the pump as it appears that it is not fit for purpose.
