A year ago I cancelled my cell service but mistakenly paid a partial bill of 32.00. After many calls, they agree they owe me the money and the customer service rep processes the refund paperwork but the check never shows.
The next month, I get another bill showing my credit balance and the story starts over. Thirty two dollars is not a lot of money, but I want it. I am beginning to think these guys are the worst company you could ever deal with.
