I am tired of not having service on a nation wide plan. I am tired of being cut off mid-sentence. I am tired of getting messages left on my voice-mail 12 to 36 hours after they are left. My service has been cut off 3 times in 5 months because I didn't pay a bill I didn't recieve and then being charged the past due bill along with the next bill that hasn't gone out yet. Not to mention a 35 dollar reconection fee.
This month they cut me off for a bill I paid two weeks ago and then acted pissy with me when I complained about my service being interupted. They said that when I paid the bill I left a balance of 32 dollars. Although when that bill was paid I paid what they told me I owed.
I am currently searching for a new cellular provider but I am stuck with a 2 year contract with alltel or pay the early cancelation fees. I have had this service for 5 months and have not had a week of service I was happy with. I have been so upset with the service that I have threatened to throw the phone out the window of my car several times. I depend on the phone and when I most need it I have to use a pay phone because I have not service.
The bill is another thing. Who can understand why you are always over min. Every month. I can use less than the min. Aloud and I get a bill for 150 dollars over. The bill is confusing and if you ask a question of the service people on the phone they act like you are stupid and can't understand what they are saying. I am tired of Alltel and it would be worth it to pay the $200. To get rid of them.
