T-Mobile
I now have contacted a law firm, I am asking everyone who feels like they have been scammed by T-Mobile to call and report it, together we can pe

My name is Debra and I want to warn people about how I was scammed by a worker in the Lakeland, Fl., office named, Summer. When I went to the store I was very very clear on wanting a month to month service, no CONTRACT. I cannot tell you how many times I stated that in our conversation. She went through the different phones and I decided to buy an upgraded phone instead of the cheap ones, that was offered for month to month service. I specifically ask her a couple of times are you sure this upgraded phone can be used month to month, her answer "SURE". I bought the phone I waited for the paperwork to print so I could read it and for some reason she said the printer would not work. She instructed me to read the little screen, something like where you scan you credit card. I read it on the little screen and nothing was stated about a contract, she instructed me to sign my name on the bottom of the screen and I did so, then amazingly she said "oh, it is printing now". She put the papers in front of me, I started to read the papers, and she assured me they said exactly what was on the screen that I read, so there was no need to re-read it. She showed me where to sign and I was on my way home. When I got home I did not have any paperwork in my bag, just my phone.

After a month I was unsatisfied with the service so I cancelled, and sent the phone to my brother in CA. Because he has
T-Mobile. I received a bill saying I owed for breaking a 2 year contract. I called them and they assured me that I had signed a 2 year contract. I went to the store and the sales person, Summer, was not working, I spoke with another sales person, he pulled my contract and showed me where I had signed it.

I ask when the sales person, Summer, would be at work again, he said 12:00, I went back to see her, and they told me she called off sick. I had to leave for Alabama, to be with my terminally ill mother, and I have not been back to Lakeland. She knew what I came in the store to see her, f it were a mistake she could have fixed it by now, it was done deliberately and I was scammed.

After I returned from Alabama, 7 January I went back to the store to talk to Summer.in my heart I felt like this innocent talking girl would never have deliberately scam a senior and I wanted her to make it right. I had read about other people who bought a T-Mobil phone without realizing that it automatically came with a two year contract, and the sales person did not make the customer aware of the contract. If this happened maybe she did not realize it and she could correct it. When I confronted her, she looked directly into my eyes and said that she made me aware of the contract. I swear the girl was good at lying. I now have contacted a law firm by the name of I am asking everyone who feels like they have been scammed by T-Mobile to call and report it, together we can perhaps make a difference in T-Mobile taking peoples money and scamming the consumers. Please call them, let them know and start a law suit of your own or we can all join together in forces.

I am a victim and I need justice. I am now looking for other people in the area that was scammed the same way, and I intend to hire a lawyer and pursue this matter. If you read this and are a victim please email me at
