I have been shopping with best buy and competitors for years. I would like best buy to know that most of there stores have aggrivated me and i usually leave without purchasing anything.
One location has kept me a customer of best buy and continues to make me feel appreciated. A big part would be the GM Dan and one manager Mike. I am not a friend of either but feel i should mention them. Best buy should make a model of this store to be the standard of best buy. The glenview Illinois store on willow is the store I choose to shop with over all other best buys and competitors. Being a business owner I expect good service and they provide it.
