We have had on going issues with our unit. After paying almost $2300 for a refrigerator you would think we could go a year without a service call-let alone 4. Then on Christmas eve it died again. Lost Christmas dinner. LG says even though this is an on going problem that they are unable to fix that they do not care. They will not stand behind their product. If this was a different problem I would not be as upset, but this is an problem that has been fixed repeatedly. The repair tech said this is not an uncommon problem with that model and that he has done all that he can do for us. The repair guy is giving up on the unit! So sad to have paid so much for a product to last just over a year.
