The website makes numerous guarantees of customer support and return communication with 24 hours but this is a blatant lie - the guarantee is not honored. They give three ways to contact; chat feature (no one is ever online, conveniently, when I am signed in to my account), telephone number (shady representatives that pretend not to hear you, hang up on you, and rout your calls to avoid you), and email (which is simply a ticket submitting system where you must wait for a response that never comes).

I submitted two tickets concerning two separate orders on December 11 and still have not received any reliable response. I have submitted other tickets since then and received no response. I have left numerous chat messages and called their "customer service" number during Beijing business hours and they first hung up on us and then proceeded to rout our calls to recorded messages.

The first time I called a person answered, pretending not to hear anyone and then they hung up. Each time we called thereafter we got various "your call cannot be completed as dialed" messages that sounded as if they were private recordings rather than operator recordings. I think the person on the line hung up when they realized we were unhappy and then routed our calls to error recordings when we tried to call back.

I first found this site and placed an order on November 23. I paid $202.44 for some items by apaypal echeck which cleared on November 28. I never received any communication from this company about that order. Nor did I ever receive the items I ordered.

Before realizing that this company was so shady I made a second purchase on November 28 for a total of $163.34 that was also paid by paypal echeck and cleared on December 3. This order was confirmed through email and I did receive part of it (though I received EU plugs for my electronics rather than US plugs even though I followed the instructions correctly when I placed the order to ensure correct delivery of items ordered). Since my ticket was ignored I went ahead and ordered new plugs for the items through Amazon.

Neither order issue was ever acknowledged by the company except for one vague response to a ticket concerning the first order which read:

"Adminstrator (elaine) At: 12/13 03:10: 44 AM

Dear Lisa,

Thanks for your message,

It is ready to be shipped, we will do best to ship them today.

If any problem, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Best regards,

Elaine"

Well, I have contacted them... Several times... And no response to my concerns has been made. I asked for shipping confirmation and did not receive that so I can only assume that this message was a lie and that my order was not shipped, though the message response is simply further proof that the order was made (and payment received) even though they will not acknowledge the order in my order history or through email. The first item of proof is my cleared paypal payment.

From Paypal my order was cleared each time and I received this information:

Shipping details
The seller hasnt provided any shipping details yet."

Each time I submit a ticket I get the same generic response which reads:

"Dear customer,

Thanks for your question, your question has been received.
This is your Incident ID: — , our customer support staff will reply you asap.

One of the tickets I submitted showed up on a similar looking website called everbuying.com, where more than electronics are sold, and there I never received a response either.

A few of the items from the second order were received and those items I was able to submit reviews on at the website location for each item.in those reviews I repeated my concerns. They are obviously monitored because none of them ever showed up on the site. Just one more example of shady business practice / red flags for this company.

My husband and I are so upset because the items that did not come were to be our Christmas presents to our children and now we don't have the items or the money. This company should be prevented from selling their products in the US because there is no way to ensure that they honor their agreements and guarantees.

My next step is to complain about the merchant to paypal. I advise anyone thinking of doing business with this company to avoid them like the plague. Any price break they offer is not worth the trouble, wasted time, and lost money that will come of it.
