I ordered a cable from Wirecloset.com for my sons for their X-Box. The cable they sent me was not the cable on the invoice nor was it the one in which I ordered from their website.
I called and left a message twice and I have emailed them four (4) times explaining what the problem was and I still have not recieved a response from them.
One would think that with all of the hard times everyone seems to be having getting customers to buy from them because of the bad economy that a company would step up their customer service in order to keep a paying customer satisfied.
