My cable bill increase review

Last month our cable bill went up a few dollars, no advanced warning. When calling TW about this, they said a service went up. BUT we are still getting a good deal.

THIS Month... Our Cable bill was increased AGAIN. No warning, no advanced notice, courtesy call. Nothing. Except an increased bill: (When called to question - "services went up".

I sit and wonder will it go up again next month? Guess I'll find out when my bill comes. Or maybe I should just save myself $160 / mo and cut it. (no we don't have movie channels). We haven't gotten a raise in years. These times with the economy is not the times to increase prices to hurt your consumers even more.

We have been loyal customers for YEARS and this is how we are treated.

We have NO Choice when it comes to cable, we are only able to get TW, even though the people across the street can get WOW too.

There are discounts for NEW Customers... WHAT ABOUT THOSE OF US THAT HAVE STUCK WITH YOU?
