Boy, it's great to know I'm not alone in my fight against Worldcom Wireless!
They are frauds and crooks who have no concept of how to run a professional business. To make matters worse - their very name is fraudlant - full name is MCI Worldcom Wireless - They are not affiliated with MCI NOR Worldcom.
My problems are too numerous to mention herewith, however, a brief listing: 1) failed to set up auto-pay as promised on the front of my contract - had to call every month to get the charges placed on the card - then they reported me as past due, defaming my good credit.
2) in almost a year, I have had no voice mail service - they admit that I don't have the service, even though my contract is supposed to include this - and yet they claim it's not my fault because I didn't call back often enough. I complained four times, but I guess that's not enough. I'd finally just given up - especially since I was spending so much time trying to resolve the billing dispute issues.
3) I've requested my contract be canceled and they have not disconnected my phone - even though i've requested in writing and on the phone on four occassions - fighting now over a cancellation charge of $200 even though they breached the contract to begin with.
4) customer service representatives are ignorant and of absolutely no help - different stories from each and every one - they refuse to acknowledge they breached the contract.
They're crooks, they're frauds and they should be run out of business.
