I had problem with my 3 year old refrigerator. After countless phone calls and 2 weeks, I was told a part to fix this 3 year old refrigerator is discontinued and out of stock, and they can not do anything about it. Again after a few days after they told me about it, they said they can offer prorated refund. How come they can just discontinue the part for 3 year old registrator, and why do I have to do through this hassle? On top of that, their customer support was consistently horrible throughout these phone calls. Don't buy LG's.
