Had a technician come out to evaluate my refrigerator: 1. He didn't know how to check the refrigerator for what was wrong 2. Had the wrong part for the appliance 3. Didn't check the compressor. And gave the wrong year for the refrigerator. SHW want to give me 150.00 TOWARD a new refrigerator. And asked to quick their service they wanted to charge me 120.00 NOT!!!
