In 2000 I went to a seminar in Reno Nevada where I was sold on the idea of e-commerce. After further review I decided this was not for me so i called e-commerce exchange and cancelled delivery of any and all machines. E-Commerce Exchange was nice enough to comply with my request and did NOT send me even one machine.
I then tried to cancel Leasecomm and was told I had signed a contract for 48 months at $64.95 per month and this amount of money would be taken out of my bank account for the duration. I explained that I had canceled with e-commerce and that i had no machines and there would be no transactions to deal with.
Lease com continued to remove money from my account until 2003 and sent me statements stating that i now owed them $2,603.68 for transactions. I requested an itimized statement and received four pages of charges with no locations, no names & nothing but numbers (example) "10/16/02 02101601847 $300.00 $0.00 H0210161 2 29" Since late 2003 I have removed leasecomm from access to my account and now they are claiming I owe them $2,207.19 for services I never used or debits have not done as I don't even have one machine! I have tried to get them to stop sending me bills and as of 10/30/04 they still say i owe them money. "For what" i said and all they can say is pay-up you have a print-out of transactions.
Please let it be known, Leasecomm is a rip-off company and thank's to usacomplaints.com I have some direction.
