On October 2 I signed a contract with E Commerce to handle my bank card transactions over the internet. I was then given a contract with Leasecomm for $29.95 per month for 36 months to pay for the equipment needed to do credit card transactions. I never recieved any machine, etc. To do this with, it was all done through E-Commerce exchange. I stopped the process with E-Commerce on Feb. 19. As of January I am still being charged $29.95 per month by Leasecomm. I called and requested them to stop billing my B of A account and was given the run around. I asked for a fax number and was given one that doesn't work and also sent them a letter requesting them to cease and desist and pay me back what they owe me but that has not been answered. I want then to stop and stop now.
