I left quite a few messages for you, Ron, Mitch, etc. But no one ever did call me back after the "deal went south". So I eventually just gave up. Why kick a dead horse?
Yes, I can agree that you had some bad situations come up, too. (Not our fault - we should not be penalized. What is this? Enron???)
I am currently just planning to sit back & "ride out" my "year" with these things in the basement, then collect on the gaurantee you guys offered. I hope that's OK with you. I'd rather have it done & over with now now but April isn't that far away.
I currently have no stores now, since every candle fell of the tags & onto the floors & the store owners really didn't "like this type of item in their store anyway", etc. That's of the stores I COULD put them in. It's hard to sell these candles when you are given locations that include neighborhoods where there are 14 year old pregnant girls, guys selling drugs in broad daylight & homeless people lying on the sidewalk sucking on the brown bag drink-of-the-day. (No! NOT an exaggeration.)
Could I just please have my money back?
When you DO refund, do I send you the candles back and wait & HOPE you will give me a full or partial refund OR should I just rent a Ryder truck & deliver them & get paid in person?
Where do you live? I can bring them by if it's "after hours".
