I was also taken by Candles of America, and Site Assessments. I was sold $6,000 worth of candles and candle racks, then after receiving them I found out that the candles were made in China and were worthless. What was supposed to be worth $6,000, I could suddenly reorder for $2,250.
I paid Site Assessments $2,000 for locating 15 stores for my candles, and they only found 10. That was 5 months ago, and I am still waiting for the refund I have been repeatedly promiced by Shannon O' Brien, Whom I have found out is Shannon L. Walker. Funny thing is that the owner of Candles of America is Dean L. Walker. These two companies were not supposed to be affiliated.
I would advise anyone taken by these companies to contact the Arizona attorney general's office and file a complaint. If they receive enough complaints they will take action and investigate.
