I purchased a 50x cd drive last year from OFFICE MAX and sent the rebate offer for the $45. After several months i received an email with a tracking number. I never received anything else so i tried to call PRIME PERIPHALS and the one number for them that was working was answered by a lady who gave me another number and it was a non working number. I tried and tried numorous times to call her back but line was always busy. I then called manager in Roanoke, Virginia at the OFFICE MAX there and he was supposed to call me back and it has been 2 weeks with no response from him. Have i been had or what? What a game plan this is at the consumer's expense.
