Express Group - Shredder Offer
Express Group/Shredder Offer ripoff fraudulent rebate dissqualified without notification unethical dishonest

This shredder (Aorora AS505SB) was purchased because of the $10 rebate offer. And all the required docs was postmarked on 1/27/03 well b4 2/14/03 deadline.

These things can take months so I pretty much forgot about it, but I did retain a copy of all that I had sent. So imagine my surprise while checking on another rebate when I discovered that the Aurora rebate had been dissqualified.

So I called the 800 # and I was told that the upc did not match and that it's not there policy to inform recepients if they are dissqualified. How convenient! How then are we to know if something is wrong.

Then to add insult to injury, I was told that my request is now too old to qualify! Unbelievable.
