I mailed in a rebate on a Revlon foot spa I purchased at Famous Barr. I mailed the original rebate form, receipt, upc and cut out from the manual. I received a postcard that The Express Group had not received the cut out section from the manual and that I had 14 days to respond. All items were mailed stapled to each other.
I kept copies of all documents and mailed The Express Group a letter indicated I had complied with their original request. I told them they had 14 days to issue my rebate or I would dispute the credit card transaction (linked back to store) with my bank. After no response, I reversed the charge.
Seems The Express Group is hired by companies to cheat their customers. Sad.
