Rebate ripoff falsely claims I did not send in all the proper documents for my $20.00 rebate

I purchased a Haier AC/portable AC unit and sent off for the $20.00 rebate. I included the upc code store receipt and also rebate form. The Express Group is asking me to resubmit all this information.
