I did not join in iteach TEXAS program. I filled a form via online in iteach TEXAS, paid $50 application fees and sent my original transcripts via mail to iteachTEXAS. I asked them to close my account and return my original transcripts, as I did not want join in their program. They closed my account as requested and did not return my original transcript by saying those transcripts will be in their file and will not be returned. Why iteachTEXAS should keep my original transcripts in their office, when I will not join in their program?
