They evaluate your transcripts by converting number grades to letters. They do not take the country or its education system into consideration. For example, in Europe, most of the school do not have curves like in the USA so if they were accurate they would find out the average of class and make their own scale instead of just blindly assigning letters to numbers, which anyone can do. I question their credibility to evaluate transcripts specially from Europe. They should not even call themselves "International Education Intelligence."
After I pointed out through emails, as they refuse to discuss transcripts matter through the phone, the many mistakes in my transcripts, for example they wrote that the pre-med program in Belgium in 7 years!!! They ignored all emails and will not correct anything. The same repeated course has different credit hours. If they knew anything about the European education system, they would evaluate transcripts as a yearly education and not as a semester credit system to start with.
The worst part is that after they are done with your evaluation, you can't reach them anymore. If you have transcripts to evaluate, specially from Europe, avoid run away from them. Thefts!!!
