I was woundering if there any attorney out there that can give me some legal advice or someone in general give me some advise. I attending UOP online or also know as Axia college online and I transferred out and have been attending my Local college here for last year. I went to apply for my finical aid for next semister and I got letter saying they are not going to give me finical aid because UOP would not release my transcripts.
Well, I call the school of UOP like they asked me to find out why they would not release my transcripts. They are saying I owe them 2800.00 Dallors and my transcripts will not be released. Well, they also said they did not get no grants or nothing from me while i attended there. Well, I have all the paper work from FAsFA Site where they did recieve money and bunch of it at that. SOmething I never seen a penny of.
I need to know if there attorney there that can give me some advise how to get my transcript release because I only have a semister LEFT and I have my RN but with out the finical aid help there no way I can make with four girls a very sick husband with paying for it out of my pocket plus I am going to be very upset if i get screwed out of getting my degree because of these people that want to be dishonest and take you for everything that you got.
