I made a purchase with this company. They told me I will receive my item in 2 to 3 days. I have not received my item yet. I have called numerous times and emailed the customer service. Come to find out the email was from the person whom I spoke with on the phone to make the purchase, which was the General Manager. This all makes me think does this company have employees?
She emailed me back and stated that they don't have the item and I was billed when I made the purchase. I told her that it was unfair to be billed and they don't carry the item. I have emailed and called the company and now there phone is not working and I have not received an email response. I have been ripped off by this illegit company and I am very disappointed. I demand a refund from this company!!! I will never deal with this company again.
