I ordered 1 item on january 19 i recieved a confoirmation email, and the money was debited from my account on that day. It was suppose to take 7-10 days which today is the 9th official shipping daybut when i called last week for a tracking # no one answered. I emailed no one emailed me back.
I called numerous times everyday since last thursday not once has anyone picked up. I emailed atleast 20 times no response. Today i went on ripp off report and see that no recieves the items they order from this company, how is it they have not been arressted right?! So after i see all the same colplaints on this website i email them with the information i saw, and told them i would also be contacting the florida bbb. Which i am - all of the sudden i get an email saying that a credit has been issued, 3 days it should take, nothing about why the order wasnt sent, nothing explaining why they cant send the item, nothing.
I will not stop at the florida bbb just so you know "dimout". If the item was ordered "late" then shouldnt the company make sure they contact the customer and get it to them when they said they would, a legit company would but when u set up a site to fool people ofcourse you wouldnt!!! It's ok what goes around comes around and"kim rawley" if there is such perso is a fraud!!! No one buy from dimout, spread the word!
